I had the honor of photographing Baby Eleanor when she was just 10 days new. She arrived sound asleep in her car seat and that peacefullness transitioned right into her session. There is nothing more peaceful that a sleeping baby. So serene and innocent. I love being able to capture these moments of new little ones!

Baby Ellie was the first newborn girl that I had the pleasure of photographing. Her Mommy and Daddy chose not to find out if they were having a boy or a girl, so I was probably just as excited as they were when I heard that she was a "she" ! Okay probably not quite as excited as they were...but close! I was so anxious to use all the frilly little girl props that were just waiting their turn. Don't get me wrong...I love me some little boy handsomeness, but there's just something about little bows and ruffles and pearls.

I was also excited to debut some props that I've been making to sell in my Etsy shop! The rag garland banners are my new favorite thing to make and photograph with. They add such a whimsical, shabby chic look to my photos, are fun to make and with all the fabrics out there the possiblities are endless! Check out my Etsy Shop here - PhotograMomProps

Look at that sweet face and those adorable chubby cheeks!

Ellie was the first to model my Newborn Elf Hat. I think it's just darling, especially in this pink and mint color combination. She seemed to find it quite cozy! You can find it here in my Etsy shop as well - Newborn Elf Hat Listing

One of the best parts of photographing such a wee baby is capturing their "newness". Baby feet have to be one of the sweetest things in the world.

What would a newborn baby girl's photo session be without a little bling? Such a pretty princess in her pearls.

Ellie was the poster child for a super easy newborn session. She slept the entire. time. Her Daddy's one request was that we get at least one photo with her eyes open. Her Mommy and I had to work really hard to get her awake and we were finally successful right at the very end. Such big beautiful eyes. Congratulations on the arrival of your sweet little girl!
